  • Initial 30-minute career assessment call

  • Ongoing CV positioning and optimisation

  • 12 x 1:1 mentorship sessions (Zoom, 30 minutes)

  • 4 x strategy sessions - promotion and interview focus (Zoom 1 hour)

  • Ongoing WhatsApp and email support

  • Optional in-person sessions in Mallorca
