The Crew CAP was created to support crew through mentorship, guidance and real industry insight. While we work closely with the realities of yacht recruitment, The Crew CAP does not act as a recruitment agency or place crew into roles. Our focus is solely on preparing individuals to succeed in the industry.
The Career Acceleration Programme was founded to provide yacht crew with the clarity, structure and guidance often missing in the early and mid stages of a yachting career.
Built on 23 years of industry experience, including 8 years of Superyacht Captain insight, the focus is on delivering practical, real-world guidance that helps crew perform to a higher standard and progress faster.
We work with new entrants, developing crew, and those stepping into leadership roles - helping them avoid common mistakes, improve performance, and move forward with confidence.
The Crew CAP also supports Captains and Owners by introducing structured crew development programmes designed to improve performance, strengthen onboard standards, and reduce turnover.
The aim is simple: Raise Standards, Accelerate Careers, and bring a more Professional approach to crew development.
